Privacy

What we store

• Your account: the email you sign in with. We use one-time codes, so we never store a password.
• Your store: the content you create — store name, products, photos, prices, and settings.
• Orders: order details and the customer contact information (name, phone, and address for delivery) needed to fulfil them. We process this on your behalf, as your service provider.

Payments

Card and PayNow details are handled by HitPay, not BlankCart. We only store your HitPay API key — encrypted — so we can create payment links in your account.

Sharing

We don't sell your data or your customers' data. We share it only with the services that run BlankCart (our database host and HitPay) to deliver the product.

Your PDPA rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask to access or correct your data, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
